Welcome to the Holden Park Community – 2026

The Holden Park Community Association exists for one simple reason: to bring neighbors together and make our community better—by choice, not by obligation.

At our first meeting of 2026, residents came together to reaffirm what makes Holden Park special. We are not a mandatory HOA. There are no fines, no enforcement patrols, and no required participation. Instead, we are a volunteer-driven neighborhood association focused on improving our shared spaces, enhancing the image of our community, and creating opportunities for neighbors to connect.

Whether you are a current member, a past participant, or someone who has never joined before, there is a place for you here.

Why the Community Association Exists

Holden Park’s Community Association was created to:

You do not need to be a paid member to care about Holden Park.

Non-members are welcome—and encouraged—to:

• Short-term plan: Repair and refresh the existing signs, potentially including stucco or cosmetic updates to create a cleaner, more modern look.
• Long-term vision: Explore county grants and funding opportunities for a full entrance sign upgrade that reflects the pride we have in Holden Park.
